We photograph the fault before we touch anything.
The engineer arrives, puts the van in park, and takes a series of photos — spring tension, track alignment, motor position, visible corrosion. You see exactly what they see. Nothing gets described vaguely on the invoice later.

The van carries the 40 most common failure parts for roller shutters, sectional doors, up-and-overs, and side-hinged frames. Most repairs are completed in a single visit. If a specialist part needs ordering, we give you a specific ETA — not "a few days".
